Who are we?

Apotheek de Grebbe operates under the Service Apotheek service model and is part of the OCTA Farmacie Group, a nationwide pharmaceutical organisation with over 900 employees. Your role

Service Apotheek de Grebbe is located in a modern health centre in Bergen op Zoom, where various primary care providers work together under one roof, including GPs and other disciplines. Thanks to this close collaboration, the pharmacy can respond quickly and provide optimal pharmaceutical care. The pharmacy focuses on personalised support, medication safety and helping patients use their medicines correctly. You’ll also be working as part of a dynamic and self-managing team.

What will you be doing?

As a BBL Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital link between our pharmacist and patients. You’ll monitor, check and dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. This means that we place great importance on personal contact and customer-friendliness.

We have structured our processes to give you the freedom to do this. You will also be responsible for processing prescriptions in accordance with protocol and checking stock levels. It will come as no surprise that there are many other interesting tasks in our pharmacies. We’d be happy to tell you more about them in a personal interview.

What do you bring to the role?

You are currently undertaking, or are about to start, a BBL training programme as a pharmacy assistant
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
You are eager to learn and customer-focused
You feel at home in a team of enthusiastic and committed professionals
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
You are proactive, flexible and sociable.
