HR Administrative Assistant
For our HR department, we are looking for an Administrative HR Employee. In this role, you will support the HR team with day-to-day personnel administration. You ensure that data is processed correctly, files are kept in order, and colleagues receive quick help with their questions. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the HR department.

What will you be doing?
As an Administrative HR Employee, you will support the HR team with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring correct and timely processing of new hires, transfers, departures, role changes, and other personnel changes within our HR systems (Daywize & Dyflexis).
- Managing personnel files and ensuring all data is complete, up to date, and carefully recorded.
- Supporting the entire employee journey: from onboarding new colleagues to internal transfers and offboarding.
- Monitoring the HR mailbox, processing incoming questions, and forwarding actions to the right colleagues.
- Being the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers, providing proactive and service-oriented support.
- Identifying missing or inconsistent data, monitoring the progress of actions, and ensuring processes run smoothly.
- Actively contributing ideas on optimizing and digitalizing HR processes, helping to build an efficient HR administration.
- Working closely with your HR colleagues and taking on increasing responsibilities over time.
