Who are we?

Apotheek de Eendracht operates under the Service Apotheek service model and is part of the OCTA Farmacie Group, a nationwide pharmaceutical organisation with over 900 employees. OCTA comprises a wholesale division, institutional pharmacies, a central dispensing facility and over 50 community pharmacies across the Netherlands. See also www.octa.nl. Service Apotheek De Eendracht is located in a health centre alongside the local GP in Klundert.


Your role

As the managing pharmacist at Apotheek de Eendracht

  • You will have overall responsibility for pharmaceutical care and the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
  • You will lead an experienced and self-managing pharmacy team
  • You monitor and improve the quality, safety and efficiency of the services provided
  • You are a key link within the health centre and work closely with other healthcare providers

  • You are the face and driving force behind the pharmacy and set the direction for pharmaceutical care
  • You combine leadership with professional expertise and know how to inspire, motivate and develop your team
  • You actively build strong partnerships within the health centre and are a fully-fledged discussion partner for other healthcare professionals
  • You prioritise quality, innovation and patient-centred care, and continuously raise the standard of service provision
  • You create a working environment in which colleagues feel heard, valued and challenged.


What do you bring to the role?

  • You are a registered pharmacist with BIG registration.
  • You have a strategic overview but are also hands-on.
  • You enjoy working with your team to drive quality and innovation.
  • You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week
